| 1. | Place Sunbeam Mixed Fruit, Sunbeam Prunes, walnuts, orange juice and rind, brandy and golden syrup in a large bowl and stir to mix well. |
| 2. | Mix eggs, cream and sugar together and add to fruit mixture combining well. |
| 3. | Sift flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and bicarbonate of soda together and fold into fruit mixture. |
| 4. | Place pudding mixture into a very well greased and lined 5 cup pudding basin. Place foil over top of basin, securing with a string and then cover with lid. |
| 5. | Place pudding in a large saucepan of boiling water making sure water comes halfway up the side of the basin. Boil for 5 hours, checking water volume frequently. Re-boil a further 1 ½ hours to serve. |
