Christmas Slice

Makes: 12 slices



What You’ll Need

1 cup Sunbeam Walnuts
½ cup Sunbeam Hazelnuts 

250g Sunbeam Gourmet Selection Mixed Fruit
½ cup plain flour
1/4 tsp baking powder

½ cup brown sugar

2 tsp mixed spice

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla essence

icing sugar






  1. Preheat oven 150°C (fan-forced). Line a loaf tin (20cm x 10cm) with baking paper.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until well combined.
  3. Spoon mixture into prepared tin and bake for 40mins. Allow to cool. Dust with icing sugar and slice thinly.
